Don't forget to start Hydrating yourself at least two days prior to the tournament, also eat a good meal the night before and a good breakfast the morning of the tournament.

If you have photos for any of the events, you can upload them by going to the Photos page, click on the event, then click on upload. Please send an email to the Web administrator so the photos can be approved. If you need an event created please send an email with the event name in the body of the email to the Web administrator.
